How do I make myself look like Ron Weasley from Harry Potter?

I'm a girl and I'm blonde. I was thinking of wash-in wash-out ginger
hair die, but what else should I have (besides clothes) to make myself
distinctively Ron? Also, I'm 14, so none of those little kiddie
Halloween costumes. The reason I'm doing this is because all my
friends are dressing up to see the premiere in cinemas...because we're
cool. :L
