DMX Charged With Speeding In Phoenix

FIRST Released: August 25, 2011 6:30 PM EDT PHOENIX, Ariz. -- The rapper referred to as DMX continues to be charged with speeding within the Phoenix metropolitan area. Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesperson Carrick Prepare told The Connected Press the 40-year-old rapper was arrested Wednesday evening and glued from jail Thursday morning. His real title is Earl Simmons. The highway patrol drawn Simmons on the highway within the Phoenix suburb of Mesa after he was clocked on radar driving at 102 miles per hour. Simmons was reported for criminal speed, driving on the suspended and suspended license and reckless driving. He was launched from an Arizona condition prison recently after his probation was suspended for neglecting to undergo drug testing and driving on the suspended license.
